Our Company has one exciting mission: To entertain the human race.PRIMARY PURPOSE:As a Lead Lifeguard, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service.THE STARTING RATE: $17.00THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee the pool staff to meet safety standards, service delivery, cleanliness and ambiance
• Ensure the staff is providing safety by watching over water and deck areas and responding to emergency situations; adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the property
• Report all guests and employee incidents/accidents to a Supervisor
• Ensure the staff is proactively greeting and interacting with guests
• Assist guests with pool side needs to include seating, towels, hours of operations, ADA requirements, amenities, directions and other needs
• Respond and resolve guest needs in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize,evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties
• Supervise the completion of daily pool set-up and breakdown needs, cleaning, linen distribution and maintainingattentiveness to the environment to enhance guest experienceIDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • One (1) year lifeguard experience
  • At least 18+ years old
  • Capable of enduring extreme outdoor temperatures, both hot or coldCERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
    • Lifeguard/ First Aid/ CPR
