Job Description Job Description Salary: We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled in-home therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. In this role, you will help patients improve mobility, restore function, and maintain independence while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-home physical therapy services and patient education according to the physicians Plan of Care and therapy care plan. Participate in interdisciplinary activities, client care conferences, and promote referrals to other disciplines as appropriate. Complete visits in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies. Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Nevada.
