• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

  • A minimum of 4 years of Building and construction experience is required, preferably in Las Vegas.
  • Experience in multifamily building and construction is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with projects involving over 300 units is a plus, though not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
