Job Description Job Description Lead Architect Position Overview: The Lead Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural aspects of projects from conception to completion. This individual will use their expertise and experience to lead a team of architects and guide them through the design and construction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, design, and construction with the ability to efficiently and effectively lead cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and mentoring as needed Oversee all architectural aspects of projects, ensuring designs are in line with client requirements and budget constraints Create and review construction drawings, ensuring they are accurate and complete Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met Regularly attend project meetings and provide updates on the progress of architectural designs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, codes, and regulations Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise Prepare and present project proposals to clients, including cost estimates and timelines Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Project Architect or Lead Architect Nevada Architectural Certification Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and Bluebeam software In-depth knowledge of design and construction principles, methods, and materials Excellent project management and leadership skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders Demonstrated experience in creating and reviewing construction drawings Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
