At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.THE JOB:The Senior Product Designer is a high-level performing individual contributor with an ability to design intuitive and smart end-to-end experiences. They will work collaboratively with Product Designers, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders to understand business goals, requirements, and product vision. They will also work with development teams to understand technical capabilities and constraints and develop user experiences that can be technically achieved. The Senior Product Designer will produce end-to-end flows for user experiences through the creation of sketches, IA, and wireframes which help stakeholders understand how integrated products affect broad ecosystems. In this role, they will collaborate closely with Researchers, and other Product Designers, applying their passion for world-class experiences, improving the team's processes, and advocating for customer-obsessed outcomes.THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Design engaging and intuitive end-to-end digital designs for responsive web and native app environments; execute top-quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standards where necessary.
• Synthesize user research findings with usage analytics to provide insights to inform design direction.
• Present and communicate design rationale effectively; Defend design decisions while welcoming constructive feedback or criticism.
• Collaborate with Design Team members and Product partners to resolve usability and desirability concerns, and advocate for new design standards and patterns based on trends, brand, and user feedback.
• Document, organize and deliver materials that support design, research and testing using collaborative tools and process and contribute to unified visual and interaction language across flows and channels.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in crafting responsive web designs and adhering to Apple iOS and Android Material Design standards.
  • Proficient in utilizing design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and collaborative platforms like Miro/Mural.
